Things to know about Pension Annemarie in Hinterglemm

Arrival:

The rooms are ready for occupancy at 14.00.

Departure:

We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.

Breakfast:

08.00 till 10.00

Payment:

Your room bill can be paid in CASH, by EC card, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Cancellation policy:

until 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total amount

In case of early departure/delayed arrival we have to charge the full amount of the unused services.

Internet:

W-LAN can be used free of charge.

Smoking:

Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the guest rooms and in all public areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking lot:

You can park your car directly in front of the house free of charge.

Pets:

We ask for your understanding – pets are not allowed.

Sports laundry service:

In the summer months we offer 1x weekly free sports laundry service.

Bike room:

A lockable room for your bike can be used free of charge.

Bike wash:

A bike washing station is available free of charge for your mountain bike.

Joker Card:

You will receive the Joker Card Saalbach Hinterglemm free of charge upon arrival in summer.

Sauna:

Opening hours according to the notice or by appointment.

Ski cellar:

The ski room is located in the house and can be locked.
